If you want to make a complaint about your Refurb® product, please fill in the form on this page. From here, the Refurb® Support team will decide whether your case can be resolved by telephone or email. If this is not possible, you will soon receive an email with a free return label.
Note: You are recommended to make a backup of your data before sending your Refurb® product in for a complaint, as by creating a complaint case you give permission to delete your data in connection with troubleshooting on your product.
