When your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This usually arrives within a few minutes of placing your Refurb® order, but in some cases it can take a little longer.
If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your order may not have been successfully completed and has therefore not been created in the system.
- You may have made a typing error when you entered your email address in connection with placing the order.
- The email has been sent but has ended up in unwanted mail/spam/promotions. This happens especially on Gmail accounts.
